I agree - but it's one of those "damned if you do and damned if you don't" situations.

Real karitas isn't giving money to a monolithic stranger. Not that any charity would turn down the money.

When I write a check to a charity I scratch out my name & address on the top. It gets cashed. I get the cancelled check back. And everyone saves a lot of postage.-g-
