While in college in the early 70s, my classmates who were Serbian sympathizers said that if there was going to be a war in the Middle East, the key players would be the US, UK, Russia, China and India. Now that Pakistan has the bomb, I think it will participate also.

Afghanistan won't extradite Bin Laden. Pakistan is still considering an answer to the request of the US. India has not committed itself to allow the use of its military facilities. And China bit its tongue.

No doubt, America will shoulder more than its share of the burden. So I basically agree with your plans in combating terrorism.
