This horrible incident does help Bush. But that's not enough to suggest that CIA or anybody might have helped this happening, although before the whole thing is clear, I would not rule out any possibilities, including the possibilities that Bin Laden did it, Iraq did it, Israel did it, some organized Muslins in the U.S. did it, ...
