IMHO, most Americans I have talked with are ready for a long campaign too. The President must build the case for this though. I think it will be a multi-year effort and actually it could end up bringing the U.S. closer together with our Allies and with a number of other 'civilized countries' around the world. We must use all of our capabilities and fight in a smart, targeted, and focussed way. Terrorists are enemies of the entire civilized world and we MUST stand up to them and eradicate their leaders, their cells and those that support them...I don't think the radical terrorists realize how united and commited we are. THEY HAVE AWAKENED THE SLEEPING GIANT and terrorists will never be safe in this world again. Regards, Scott
