Let us hope international cooperation in this matter will allow the ferreting out of bank accounts used for such unsavory ends. Hitting their money pile is probably the best quick short term bet. I doubt hitting states will make much difference, save to make an example. Which I think is what we will make of the Taliban regime, by all appearances. Do you think we'll see the scenario of US-Russian joint operations? The world has been turned on its head in the past decade... Derek
