Intelligence requires "sifted personnel" of the highest caliber--the highest --"the best and brightest"-It should have never become a government welfare program employing those-of all ilks- Many who could not "cut it"- in the real world-our government has been used as a welfare program/dumping ground for over 30 years-- This began about the time the WW2/Vietnam really sharp- were kicked out by Sen Church ----a DEMOCRAT looking for additional $$$$ to give to uneducated indigents. This is the result!

Our intelligence community was severely constrained by our own government -- liberal Democrats -- over the past 25 years. Our civil liberties, including the most precious -- the rights of those in the WTC to live, was deemed less important than striving toward the goal of not dealing with mean people -- All our thanks to former Democrat Sen. Frank Church and those of his ilk, all the way up to Slick Willy, who most recently foisted sham cruise missile attacks on bin Laden for publicity's sake and to make us think he was doing something when he really wasn't (other than getting bj's from Monica). When I saw him and his thunder-thigh wife on TV at ground zero the past few days (separately, it goes without saying) I nearly puked.
