Good morning R, First of all I was relieved to turn on the TV this morning to check to see what if or more had happened while asleep. First time in my life, I was relieved to see consecutive programing on how to make money and lose fat..Things are getting back normal, I hope. Re: Airline security, Since I probably would have got a TUI last night if stopped, I forgot to add. Carry-on should be limited to essentially nothing . It would cut out time going through security and cut out one more place to hide something.. We have always checked everything except for my day back (which is my briefcase) and Mary's small carry on.. Stewards and stewardesses have long lamented what to do with everything including the kitchen sink being stuffed into the overhead compartments.. The "cool" passengers that do not want to go to baggage pickup will IMO have to change their ways.. Re: shorting, I'm not going to do it for awhile.. I wouldn't short the airlines as a matter of principal and on other issues, I think it is foolish for the average trader to do it in this environment, when IMO nobody has a clue what is going to happen. Besides, I am (expletive deleted) poor at shorting individual issues, but pretty good at market direction with the futures when I am so inclined. m
