Deja vu all over again. Last November-December America was glued to TV sets for weeks after the election debacle and as a result countless work hours were lost and economic growth was truncated, Christmas shopping suffered, etc. etc...

This time it will be much worse and much more expensive.

Before the terrorist attacks the U.S. economy was already crumbling, Wall Street's ceaseless anti-recession campaign notwithstanding, those attacks will serve as the knock-out blow.

Have a nice day,

Baldur F.

<What good is buying gold or puts when the fed constantly works against the shorts instead of letting the market run its course?>

Manipulated markets only work for a period of time and then the move is magnified, that's why.
