gather the facts and not act in haste correct, even if this is treated as a war effort and not a police action it will only hurt to effort to make mistakes. One big mistake would be to assume that consensus exists both domesticly and internationally and therefore the job of consensus building is finished. I've seen many signs that people here are ready to devote five minutes a day to flag waving and prayer and then go on to buisiness as usual for the rest of the time. The terrorists have waited years to plan their actions and will no doubt wait longer. TP
