Or are you and Dave just asking that I repeat my post as some sort of weird confirmation that I actually did write it? Neither you nor Dave has substantively addressed any of the points I made, at least not so far. If you don't want to, fine. But saying "Did you really mean this?" is bizarre. I'm quite willing to spend some time elaborating on points, or responding to discussions. --Tim May
