I also believe most terrorists hate extreme , uncontrolled violence. You should only do terrorist acts which support the cause. This mindless act couldn't have helped anyones's cause. It was just death for death's sake. How politically, or financially could Bin Laden have gained from this? The reprisals could very well destroy a lot of terrorist organizations.
