we keep letting our governments doing it, and it has sadly become un American to question the goverment in moments like this. We deserve it actually since we are too dumb to realize that our government pays only lip service to peace, democracy and freedom and give them full support to "kill em all". Besides, wars can be good for the economy, that is why we keep having them:) & :(

There is a lot of oil and gas in the western China region. China is also participating in and planning for a gas pipeline from the Caspian. Central Asia is still an important crossroads.

Unfortunately, these regions have seen epic mass murder committed by the Khans where entire cities were wiped out.
