the point learner and usarmyranger tried to raise is WHY SO MUCH RASISM AND HATERED ON THE M_A_I_N_S_T_R_E_A_M ARAB SITE. It is now obvious to anyone (thanx to arabia.com) that there are a lot of racists among Arabs. Another question IS WEBMASTER A RACIST TOO?........An interesting fact, Arabia.com posted the disclaimer only after WTC and Pentagon have been attacked. Why? Becasue a lot of Americans now come to this web.site and see Arab hatered. The administration of arabia.com simply feared consequences.

One of my family names was Patton, from the west coast of Ireland. Apparently very tangentially I am related to him.

George did a good speech. All the elements of a good general's firebrand speech to boost morale and instill a sense of belonging, confidence and duty are there. George took care of everything, the men, and their morale, the equipment and its maintenance, and the enemy and his army.

That is how you talk to an army. No nonsense and the truth. If they take it to heart it can make a difference. But George made sure that they had the equipment to do the Job. The Garand, the M1, the BAR, the coleman stove and a good Tank. Say what you want about the Sherman but it always started and was light an manoeuverable. You could cream many armies today with the same weapons well used. He personally supervised the maintenance, refitting and building of his tank corps. Without him the US army would be still fighting on the outskirts of Berlin.
