Rich, I have never said those who are responsible for this should not be pay for what they have done. On the contrary, they MUST pay for it. Where we disagree is that I strongly, strongly feel it is wrong to act as if innocent lives don't matter. Not only would it be wrong, it is EXACTLY the response they are trying to get. My god, can you imagine how many recruits their "cause" would get if we nuked a muslim nation???

We would have to turn America into a police state just to get some sleep at night.

A few months ago I was picked up by a cab driver out of Ohare aiport, he was Muslim. I started to speak to him about king Hussin of Morocco and what went on during that time. He told me he had a PHD in his country and spoke out against the current regime, where he was put in jail for 6 months until the US stepped in and allowed alot of political prisoners aslymn. He told me the horrors he endured, a man died next to him and was left there for over a week, rats everywhere, no place for the prisoners to go to the bathroom except on themselves. He came to America 6 months ago, drives a cab, goes to night school to learn english. He said I will never practice being a Muslim again the people r fanatics in his country Morocco. I walked away from that cab ride feeling as though I got to see and hear something I could not believe could happen and as always happy for the luck I had to be born American.
