Intervention never ever works !!!

The results of intervention are always more severe, had it not occurred.

This is just plain fact.

Bottom line:

Markets are heading much lower, whether this happens monday, next week or next month is irrelevant.

Economy was in a tailspin to start with and this tragedy will only add more fuel to the fire.

Interest rate cuts are having almost zero effect so far and any new cuts this week (I expect 50bps cut this week) will only stop the bleeding for a few days.

Consumer confidence and GDP going forward will be very ugly.
Current SP500 PE is 25.9
50 year historical average is around 14

All estimates will be coming down and this market is still grossly overvalued.

In the long run, only thing that matters is valuation.

Next 6 months targets:
DOW below 7500
NAZ below 1300

In my opinion, what happens monday is absolutely irrelevant in the big picture.

Dont get in front of the bus.

Never ever invest on emotions, this is highly hazardous to your wealth.

Sincerely
Michail
