The sucess of this international effort will likely be determined by whether those asked to participate trust that the effort is one against terrorism rather than a quest for financial gain or world hemegeny. Trust and cooperation could evaporate quite quickly if the situation is exploited for any purpose not directly related to fighting terrorism I agree with your premise that seeking financial gain from this tragedy would be.... many things, all negative. My point was cap gains tax cuts raise revenues, which would be a good thing. Cooters
