They would be zero world wide if cutting them was really a good thing. It's at best more of a temporary crutch and at worst war profiteering.

You need a short economics lesson. Zero cap gains rates collect no revenue, as do 100% rates. I pointed out an opportunity to raise revenue, and you can only see the possibility that someone might make money.

That is the difference between you and I.

What a naive statement. Liberals can't stomach the thought of capital gains tax rate at zero. Oh the cries of tax breaks for the rich would go on 24 hours a day. Class warfare wedges would be driven in their hearts.knc
