Read the thread. I can't help you with your problems, maybe someone else will be willing to take the time you seem to be desperately seeking. We do have a resident pyscho-analyst, Paula, look for her name as you go through the posts, ask her, I am sure she will be willing to spend an hour or so a day with you. I noticed when you described yourself as a finn, you used the small case, and not the large case. Please let Paula know about your obvious lack of self esteem, Americans always refer to ourselves in the upper case, (except when it's a typo) we're proud of our country, and proud to be Americans.
