With all due respect, China shares almost no borders with Afghanistan except a tiny little strip which was imposed by the British and Russians years ago. Many maps don't even show this feature. However, China does share significant borders with Pakistan which in turn is a neighbor and logistic partner of Afghanistan. It now appears that Pakistan's fence-sitting posture would have to change with pressure from US and possibly from China as well. enchantedlearning.com Ibexx
