<< Excuse my ignorance, but is there a common or preferred language that would be used in most of the Arab nations that are commonly mentioned in discussions of this issue? >>

It's mostly grunts and moans, usually made by men, when an Arab woman goes by without being completely covered up.

<< How difficult would it be to learn? >>

Oh..... I don't know. Try pretending that you are a typical Arab male, who has never seen a woman that was not completely covered from head to toe. Then pretend that the wind blows and she accidently uncovers part of her ear. Try grunting and groaning and scratching at your groin.

Let me know how quickly you learn this.
