we just look at them as just another religion and by our way of thinking.."to each their own".

That's exactly how I've felt about it until the last few days. I can see your fears about learning too much about these people and their beliefs. I had no idea. It will be important to just focus on the terrorists and those harboring them. I can also see how their religion/culture might provide an endless supply of crazies.
