How many Palestinians in Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait,etc?? Numbers and ratios, please. Please recalculate as if US population.

The ones represented by the PLO were kicked out of Jordan, because they were trying to take over that country. They next went to Lebanon, where they assisted Syria in destroying one of the greatest Middle East cultures that has ever existed. << Since 1947 they have managed to keep themselves poverty stricken, in tattered camps, supported by someone else. >> During the early immigration of Jews to Israel, the Jews and the Palestinians actually got along, and prospered. But, the Palestinians got greedy and wanted it all. Plus, Palestinian racism and religious intolerance motivated them to attack their Jewish friends, and the emaciated Jews from World War II. Thusly, instead of living in peace and prosperity, the Palestinians have known and caused nothing but war and misery. What country, in their right mind, would want these Palestinians for neighbors.
