In Jordan, the Palestinians outnumber the Jordanians; hence the government has to be careful. (My husband was a Jordanian Christian - the discrimination against the Christians there is another story!) They are disruptive everywhere they go and it is easier for the other Arab countries to prop up the "poor" Palestinians than to deal with them themselves.

In Kuwait, I do not know. I would imagine not too many.
