Good to mention the "Marshal Plan", but one must consider the fact that some saw it as a bribe, or a way to get a foot inside the door. (this is, anyway, an investor thread??) The smartest was probably to call it the "Marshal Plan", solved a lot of domestic problems. Sour oil is obviously something which makes the neurons work, latin america or otherwise. (Norway-UK is interesting) Is that $10 or $30, or $100 like before the S&L crises
