Unfortunately you seem more interested in taunting certain individuals instead of engaging in useful discussion. It seems that you have knowledge that might be useful to others if shared, but for your own reasons you make the process painful.

The truly brilliant are frequently the worst teachers.

But my sense - you are a dilettante with too much time on your hands and little regard for the emotions and feelings of others.

Seems first step is to consider that US has some domestic
dilemmas, then see what can be done, considering these,
both in the short and in the long term range, both
coming up soon.

Something for US to decide, on their own, few can help
them.

I sense you are on to something. I'm sure the State Department will jump right on these rather vague suggestions.
