Nader clearly held the cards in the election and took Gore with him. He was the most powerful person on the planet for a while. Hasn't been heard from since and likely won't be.

JMHO, when the count is very close, it doesn't really
matter who wins.

It only matters in how the election system will be "fixed",
improved in the future.

The blessing of US,IMHO, is the "checks and balances",
president-senate-house, and supreme court if all fail.

As well as the blessing of "unity", normally within the
two parties, and now for the whole union.

Maybe frustrating, but it could be much worse??

My peronal interest obviously if EU can do better, a
less frustrating system, bless us from all the sexual
proactive politics....

Luckily I am not the one to decide.

What a totally moronic thing to say....the ballots were recounted four time, and just because the Daley's couldn't steal this election like they did in Illinois, don't blame the American people!

If Gore had won his home state of Tennessee, he wouldn't have had to go to Florida and behave in such a childish manner..."Count them again, and I bet I'll find more votes this time."

As a matter of truth, every time the votes were counted, Bush added more votes! Bush is our President, and he is the right man for the job!

So go in your corner and pout, but stop stomping your feet like a child, you are annoying!

We don't need you undermining our country !!!

Ed Peter-- This is a very busy thread. Listening to your whinning one would believe you ARE wimpy Gore. Since I cannot give you a 'crying towel" you are #4 on ignore. Ignoring the ignorant is easy and those 3 cut the amount of posts by 60%. You are another of the ignorant that will not be missed,, just as your boy Al is HAPPILY missed.
