I tried that one, thanks.

Re: "Do you have a partioned hard drive and if so can you move programs to the D drive?"

Yes, I have a partitioned drive, with space on the D: and E: drives. Moving programs is such a pain. A while back, I moved my Microsoft Office Professional from C: to one of the others and that helped (for a while). I ended up losing my address book and e-mail addresses in the process. Hmmm. I just moved Visio, using Norton System Works, but it only moved the program and not all of the templates, help files, etc. I moved them manually, but in the process caused a disconnect in the registry. Hmmm. A pain. I was hoping I could just delete some useless files instead.

Maybe the problem is a memory management problem, or lack thereof.

Thanks for your help.
