The Pakistanis are up there in Kabul trying to get a handover, they probably won't succeed. I feel that bombing the hell out of his organization is unlikely to actually kill him any time soon, and he seems very pivotal in the organization and in bringing all the factions and money sources together, so they'll just continue and even strengthen their effort as long as he is free and alive.... Powell for one has noted that military, political, diplomatic, and intelligence efforts are all needed. Bush also emphasized this isn't a "big battle" campaign.
