Yes, I can say with full confidence that his "plan" would not work.


And yes, I am absolute.

Colin Powell just issued a statement that we will "judge" other nations by the "stance" that they take regarding harboring, aiding, and abetting terrorists.

What complete and utter foolishness to think we can judge the "stance" of other nations when there are people saying we should as a "tactical" method renounce that which we have already stated in principle.

Obviously Mr. Powell, along with the rest of our leaders, on a bi-partisan basis recognize the ABSOLUTE necessity to take a PRINCIPLED, CONSISTANT STANCE.

If you can't recognize the the most basic, fundamental reason for holding forth to our people the transcendent values that bind us together as a country, then I'm afraid this "conversation" is indeed hopeless.
