Itanium = OS2

Mike has an article at the inquirer comparing Intel's effort to use IA-64 to replace PC compatible systems with IBM's effort to replace Windows with OS2. Both involved huge investments over many years, and both enjoyed some initial success.

richard Re..hmaly... Here are some of the weapons that will be used...
newsoftheworld.co.uk <<<<<

Good post. There appear to be several bombs there which could penetrate any bunker which a neutron weapon might. So, my concerns may have been undue. However, my point is, now isn't the time to get squeemish. Lets use the weapons which will do the job. Any failure will lead to a far worse disaster.

As an additional note, it was on the news this morning that Pakistan may allow us to stage within Pakistan. A big help if it happens.

Hi richard surckla; That News Of The World article is so full of BS that its best use is fertilizer.
