Just wanted to say Hi. I've been so busy reading all Scott's postings over on Voltaire's porch--great stuff culled from all over--I haven't had time to say hi to my friends here. Next Sunday in NYC they will hold a tribute to our firefighters. A million people are expected. I bet it will be more. I think I will go to that. I think by then I will be ready to cry a long hard cry. Along w/ tv. I have been listening mainly to WFUV--an FM radio station/NPR that has been playing great songs, American songs. And I'm so proud of New York--there has been so much volunteerism they turned all the volunteers away yesterday! We can't even make sandwiches. There is already way too much stuff! I have LOVED our mayor this week. I feel confident our country and banks will hold the market up. I really don't think there will be a huge selling wave. I am also interested in your thoughts on companies that would benefit from the changed focus of our country.
