While deployments may have changed, it sounds like you don't have hard data to support that the funding for intelligence activities were decreased during Clinton's Administration.

It may be that they shifted it from the Army to make better use of it elsewhere.

When you find out, let us know.


i actually agree with most of the restrictions on intelligence gathering within the USA...it is a matter of 1st amendment rights. i believe the restrictions imposed in 95 and 96 on overseas activities were just dumb.

now, i just gave you the hard facts to rebutt your assertion about military and military intelligence funding...you started this nonsense...it is your turn to provide facts. it is way past your turn.
