Tom, The Afghani's are pawns of the Taliban and are suffering the same religious persecution and genocide the Jews have faced for over 3000 years. I grieve for them and pray that they have the opportunity to fight and maintain their own religious and ethnic freedom...just like the Jews. The Arab Israeli War (The six day war) was won by Israel after they were attacked on two fronts by combined forces from Egypt, Jordan and Syria. The attack was unprovoked and their goal was to forcefully remove the Israelis. Needless to say the Israelis humiliated the combined Arab forces. I am thankful for the outcome. And as far as history, mine goes back much further than 1936. I believe in freedom for all. Jews, Muslims, Afghanis, Palestinians, Armenians...everyone. I do not believe in terror. I side with America. I side with Israel. I side with NATO and I pray for the Afghani people that they have the opportunity to live without fear. I hope our response is measured, effective and executed in a way to avoid collateral damage. I trust George Bush and the World leaders in this cause. Osama bin Laden is Adolf Hitler. Never forget that. Hallucinating? I think not. I am crystal clear on this. (~)^(~)
