how about sharing your thought process that leads you to the conclusion above? Should it not be a function of the interest rate, or somehow related to how much money you can get from a money market account. I am expecting the overnight rate to drop to 2.75%--I really doubt that the (forward say) p/e ratio(of S&P say) would get to 7 under those circumstances!
