Absolutely agree.

And I think that part of the reason we have failed so miserably in attacking it was to confuse the two.}}}}}

That and we didn't keep up. Back in the 60s and 70s we had hijackings but x-raying carry on baggage put a halt to that. We felt secure, terrorism evolved. WTC bomb, Oklahoma city. That's now long past. Terrorism evolved more.

This latest attack should bring steel doors to block off the cockpits and an emergency button to flood the passenger area with ether in case of a hijacking. Then we need to think ahead to what they may try next.
