Alan i do not think there is an answer for any of this as you have clearly shown. If I were to put the blame on anyone it would be our own nation who did not discover this groups activity. The original sin I dont know where to lay it. This is one that not going to be easy to forget. People in NY won't forget the picture they saw. I won't forget the sound of fear in my daughters voice today. What greater harm can one do than create distrust amongst self in the US.
