While I hate the idea of providing anything, you're probably right. However I wouldn't do D!CK unless we occupied them. As bad as things have been for Japan recently they were the beneficiaries of US occupation after a war. Occupations after "police actions" have not done quite as well. EDIT I remember the arms for hostages deal. My how the worm turns. Once we kill the people we need to the it's our turn. Oil for safety

I agree. If we help them become normal people, with normal loved ones, and normal way of living, homes, happiness, families, kids, dreams....they will behave normally and miss that ife if it is denied to them, they'd WANT that life back. Right now, they don't know such life even exists. Most of them are not even old enough to have that kind of dream, coz dreams are based on previous experiences, and most of them have no memories of a normal life....
