I haven't posted much either. I have been reading some other threads and I just get too upset. There are a lot of people who want to roll over and be passive or have a completely unrealistic view of what the issue is. Part of the reason that I posted the Maslow thing is that I think that human nature has taken over at a more base level. And it is not only understandable, but justified. I believe that, in general, the U.S. has lost much of its compassion and it won't return until the terrorist issue is resolved. The quicker that the rest of the world helps us to get there, the better.
