It didnt go away, business just slowed down. And thats how it should work.

Theres no similar self limiting factor on air pollution, which the US leads the way in. We are reactionary and will fix it only when the hole in the atmosphere gets big enough for everyone to feel it.

What's the SUV density comparison between the countries?

Physicians have a saying. First do no harm.

I think lowering the price of oil would add alot to our productivity and liquidity. From there, maybe we could split dollar for dollar the money saved to clean up the air?

The point being that the idea is to focus our attention by ALL means necessary, and not bicker about the details.
