"Cooperating with the authorities" is a phrase I have been seeing with respect to those arrested in this incident. That together with the initial "hold" on immigration grounds as opposed to an "arrest" with its attendant rights, makes me wonder if we haven't already embarked on a new course of dealing with terrorists. I'm suspect we are using whatever means we have available to us to extract information from these people, including chemical means. I also suspect that we will create a lot of publicity about how cooperative these presumed fanatics were when captured so that they, at least, will not be viewed in the same light as some viewed G.
