Now that "the next Qualcom," Terayon, is officially to be included in Cablelabs DOCSIS 2.0 as self predicted(though said to be nigh impossible by voices around here which couldn't fathom why Cablelabs would want it, and likely still can't), winning new contracts again, has suddenly achieved second place worldwide(second only to Cisco) in the Cable Modem Termination Service(CMTS) market, continues offering a variety of products, and is still developing and selling its I gather unmatched Cherrypicker technology to some very big players, perhaps your use of "probably" is a little too strong here, I don't know, just speculating.
