stingers from txn

i was told this too about the russian helicopters. a texas instruments employee who had something to do with stinger missle program at txn told me long ago that the russians were doing fine in afghanistan until the stingers were deployed in numbers.

Thanks Doug. Ok what about your list of winners and losers. Maybe a top ten list in both categories?

Saw interview with former NYT journalist who stated that OBL training camps were beginning to experiment with biological and chemical weapons. Have no Idea if it's true.
