what if some were already destroyed ... I don't doubt that they needed to keep the exchange closed for 4 days. I caught a part of a CSPAN thing on Fri evening at work and one of the fellows who had been in contact with the SEC said that it was a good thing having the bond markets open and trade first ... when queried why -- the other fellow kind of took over and said some very general kind of hogwash that side-stepped the question ...
