Lee, I salute your Dad. One more time, I salute your Dad!!

There're 2 obvious schools of thoughts on the opening and trading tomorrow. The "practical" thinking is the big boys on WS will dump stocks this week despite all the contingencies being put in place by the Fed along with company buybacks. I think this time is different, the big boys are the JP Morgans, the Merrill Lynchs whose employees were killed, offices destroyed by the terrorists, they are not letting those bastards hit them a second time when trading resumes. I think many WS firms, banks, financial institutions will show support for the market. Whether their efforts will be enough remain to be seen but no one can criticize them for not doing the right thing.

Regards,

Tom
