George- they are too smart for us. They bloody our nose in a big big way then make a quiet rational appeal to reason which sets us up to look like immature chumps if we react with force. If we don't follow through and punish the client states and terrorists we will look like pushovers. Saddam and Moe are cunning foes. We could always appeal to the Islamic religious leaders to loudly spread the word that the only harem of virgins the suicide assassins will end up with for eternity is a bunch of ugly old warty jackals and the paradise will be a steamy swamp filled with piranhas and poisonous snakes.
