and REAL alternative fuels, and fuel cells... time to cut the purse strings to the whole region. no need to do it with military. just eliminate our dependency upon them immediately. we should never have gotten in this deep to begin with. import from everywhere else, make a huge conservation effort, and rush for energy alternatives.
