We have a treatise from the #1 terrorist in the world declaring war, a bombing of the WTC in '93 complete with hoards of evidence of the method and motive. A mysterious downing of TWA flight 800 wherein we were rebuffed by the Egyptians for concluding that that pilot was committing hari kari. A S*itload of evidence and alerts for persons in our midst taking flight lessons with irregular INS files. On and on. Yeah, I understand its an "aggregation" problem but thats the point you forgot to mention the ambush and murder of 18 members of our finest covert op's teams, Delta Force and US Rangers, by bin Laden trained Somali bushmen, women and children... sure hope we've taught those poor boys a few more desert tactics in the last eight years....
