... because wagon circle is a defensive measure. And because if you leave the outside to its own devices, they will have time and place to "work on the project" and next thing you'll have RPGs landing in the middle of your quasi-safe campground. I felt comfortable hearing about the reserve being called in. You know why? The drinking water reservoirs, downtowns of US cities, airports etc, they all need additional - permanent - security from now on. And the US army has an urgent job to do. dj
