Re: Out of Eagles 0

What are the most popular gold coins in China & HK ?

I have heard that Indians strongly prefer Canadian Maple leafs, because of their purity & familiarity.
Evidently, they can take 10 ounces home every few months.

Any preferneces on type or Size ?

Also, what's popular in silver coins ?

Best Regards, energyplay

>>Taiwan gets green light from WTO after 11 years

By Kevin Chen
STAFF REPORTER

The WTO approved Taiwan's entry accord yesterday, one day
af-ter the trade group endorsed China's membership.

The news means that Taiwan's 11-year odyssey to gain
membership in the trade body is nearing an end.

Minister of Economic Affairs Lin Hsin-yi (ªL«H¸q), speaking at a
late-night press conference last night, confirmed that the deal in
Geneva had been signed, but he emphasized that "WTO
membership does not entail opening direct links with China."

The 142-member WTO must still approve the deal at the
organization's ministerial conference scheduled for Nov. 9 to 13
in Doha, Qatar.

Both Taiwan and China must then ratify their accords and wait 30
days before their memberships become official.

Barring unexpected developments, both should formally become
WTO members at the beginning of next year.<<

Congratulations to Taiwan, too. No offense - if there is one China then both China mainland and Taiwan should be in the WTO, right?
