I just watched the Europe Market open. At first they were down a little, but within 10 minutes they are all moving up.

The high tech stocks are moving up while Europe's mid caps are down a little.

Airlines are off over 5%. They are talking about the US Aid Package to the Airlines.

Maybe short covering the guy says on CNBC.
